… and I’m going to owe a lot here real soon like. I’m pushing paperwork through two different mortgage lenders, and I just got word back from the first (within a very quick 4 hours of sending in the pre-approval paperwork). Seems I’m fully approved for at least $150,000! I was a little worried, given a couple things that happened in my not so recent past, but said worry was apparently needless. I’m meeting with the lender tomorrow to talk over some of the details. I’ll get those, and then compare those to the other lender and go from there. In the race between the two, the response time has definitely kicked the first into first place. The numbers will, of course, be the final judge.

I’m still pretty excited, though. She said I get an A+ for getting them everything they asked for up front, and then some. Not having to track me down for more information probably helped them get it done so quickly.
